STATUS DANCE Primary A.B.N.P. Beginners A.B.C.D.E.M. Novice A.B.C.D.E.M. Intermediate A.B.C.D.E.F.G.H. Premier A.B.C.E.F.G.H.K.Q.
Classes will be sub-divided or combined according to the number of entries. Date of birth and age of competitor taken as on the day of competition must be given on the entry form.
Trophies, Medals and Certificates will be awarded as appropriate.
1. Cassette/CD players and tapes for Country Dancing MUST be provided by competitors. See note on entry form. 2. MEDALS: Gold, Sliver and Bronze awarded at the discretion of the adjudicator 3. CERTIFICATES: these will be awarded where appropriate. 4. CHANGE OF STATUS: Any competitor’s change of status must be notified immediately to the General Secretary. An additional £2 will be charged if left until the day of the competition. 5. AGE OF COMPETITOR: Taken as on day of competition. 6. Rule 1 of the General Rules does not apply to the Highland Section. 7. No competitor shall dance in more than one team in the same class. 8. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, the committee reserve the right to modify or cancel any event at their discretion. 9. Classes will be sub-divided or combined according to the number of entries. 10. TROPHIES: Trophies must be returned clean and in good condition for presentation at the current Festival. Teachers are requested to ensure that this is done.
